Terms of Service

By commissioning me,
you as the client agree to have read
and accepted these terms of service in full.

Starting Points

  • By commissioning me, you expressly agree to be over the age of 18.

  • All commissioned work will be treated as non-commercial, meaning the client cannot make profit off of the work made by the artist.

  • There are certain subjects that I will not draw, feel free to ask regarding your idea beforehand.

  • I reserve the right to decline any commission under any circumstance.

  • Any of the artist’s work CANNOT be used/fed to generative AI programs.

  • Terms of Service are subject to change without prior notice, but said changes will apply to commissions made after the most recent revisions.

Permissions

  1. If the client requests the drawing of an OC that does not belong to them, then the client must have gotten permission from the owner of said OC for it to be used in the drawing.

  2. The artist has the right to upload any commissioned work made by them to any of their social channels (Twitter, Bluesky, Patreon, etc.)

The client can opt to have their name be omitted       when said commission is uploaded by the artist to       social media.

  3. The client is forbidden from removing the artist’s signature (if present) from the piece, be it by cropping, erasing or modifying in such a way that it becomes unreadable.

  4. The client has the right to upload the commissioned art to their own social media channels but must give credit to the artist while doing so.

  5. The artist may use commissioned pieces with the intent of self-promotion, but does not claim ownership of the characters depicted in them, unless stated otherwise.

Work Details

  1. The client is encouraged to provide relevant visual reference material if possible (ref sheet, clothing, pose, etc.) to ensure quicker work.

  2. Clients will receive a sketch in the initial phase of the commission work.

The sketch can be subject to small/medium changes       at the client request, free of charge.

Large changes (ie. different pose) can be subject to       additional fees.

  3. The client will receive their finished piece as a PNG @300dpi image. A PSD file can be requested, but the client is not allowed to modify it.

  4. If the client’s commission exceeds $100 USD and has paid the initial 50% cost of the piece, the artist will send a watermarked version of the finished artwork, at which point the client has to pay the remaining amount of the cost in order to receive the final, un-watermarked piece.

  5. The time it takes for a commission to be completed varies depending on the artist’s workload and personal matters. The client will receive updates regarding the status of their commission and/or potential delays.

Payments & Cancellations

  1. As of this time, I only accept payments through Paypal in USD dollars.

  2. Payment is required in order to start ANY amount of work.

Commissions totalling $100 USD or less must be       paid fully upfront.

For commissions totalling more than $100 USD, at       least a 50% of the total price has to be paid       before work can begin.

  3. The client is able to cancel the commission at any point in time, but a fee will be charged in respect to the amount of work that has been put into it at the time.

If the sketch hasn’t been completed, the       cancellation incurs no fee.

If the sketch has been completed, the fee for       cancellation will be that of 25% of the total cost of       the commission.

If the commission has been completed to at least       25%, the fee will amount to a 50% of the total cost       of the commission.

  4. After the cancellation fee has been claimed, the remainder of the money will be refunded to the client.
